Powerful blend of phosphoric and nitric acids that removes efflorescence, grout haze, red dirt, and stubborn oil or tannin stains with ease.

PRIMECHEM Eff-Off is a powerful blend of phosphoric and nitric acids, specially formulated for the effective removal of efflorescence, grout haze, red dirt, tannin, fat, and oil stains from a wide range of surfaces, including sandstone, granite, slate, terracotta, concrete, porcelain, pavers, and tiles.

Unlike traditional acidic cleaners, PRIMECHEM Eff-Off contains no harmful hydrochloric acid, eliminating the risk of rusting and surface damage.

  1. Shake or stir the bottle/drum well before opening.
  2. Dilute approximately 300 ml of product per 9 litres of water.
    • Adjust concentration as needed depending on the level of contamination.
    • Do not concentrate mix more than 15 parts water to 1 part Cyclone Eff-Off as this may result in surface pitting or possible surface discolouration.
  3. Test the solution in an inconspicuous area before applying to the entire surface.
  4. Ensure the area is free of debris, mud, or any thick contaminants that may block the product’s effectiveness.
  5. Wet the area to be treated with plain water before applying the product.
  6. Saturate adjoining areas and sensitive elements with water to prevent collateral damage.
  7. Apply the diluted product evenly over the surface. A watering can might be a good tool for this step.
  8. Agitate with a soft broom, doodle pad, or similar tool.
  9. Allow the solution to act for 3-5 minutes, without letting it dry.
  10. Scrub the area with a brush and/or a rotary high-pressure wand as required.
  11. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and PRIMECHEM Citrus Degreaser to neutralize the reaction.
    • For best results, use high-pressure water if available.
  12. Inspect the cleaned area.
  13. Repeat the process if necessary.
  14. Remove any excess water with a wet vacuum as required.
